In 1986, Suzy Lamplugh, a 25-year-old estate agent, went to show a client around a flat in London, and was never seen again. The client only gave the name “Kipper”, and Suzy’s company car was found with her purse still inside and the seat in a different position.

37 years later, police have officially declared Suzy as deceased, but she has never been found. However, a forensic review of the evidence has now been commissioned, in the hope that modern technology may finally bring forth a breakthrough. With this in mind, we take a look back at the mysterious unsolved case, the prime suspect, and the efforts made to find Suzy over the last four decades.
